A recent issue of Harper’s Bazaar revealed that the “Where Have You Been” songstress may be rebellious, wild and free on the surface, but struggles with intimacy when it comes to love.
“[I'm] rebellious through my music, through my fashion, tattoos, and my hair. I have been conservative in my love life,” she said.”It’s pretty much nonexistent. If I come across someone who I find really cool, I’ll hang out. The minute I find that we’re getting too close I just — I don’t let people in. … When I was in love, I fell so hard. I was really, really, really in love. The way it made me feel was priceless. And in a blink of an eye, my whole life changed. … Everything that I knew was different. I never thought I’d feel that pain in my life. I’m afraid of feeling that again.”
How to Get a Rihanna Bikini Body
Rihanna’s naturally beautiful physique is all about fine tuning and maintenance, says her personal trainer, Harvey Pasternak.
Rihanna performs a minimum of three 25-minute workouts a week while on the road, increasing her sessions to five days a week when she’s “settled in one place,” Pasternak says. Rihanna also performs 30 minutes of cardio, including biking, jogging, jumping jacks and jumping rope, which is significantly increased from the 10 minutes she would do “on her own.”
